Francesco Pais is one of the founding partners of ESAIN, established in 1993, and a senior professional in industrial plant engineering software with more than 30 years of experience in software development, technical training, solution architecture, and business development.
Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in the evolution of the ESApro ecosystem, contributing as a developer, technical specialist, international trainer, and trusted advisor for advanced engineering solutions. His multidisciplinary background enables him to combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of engineering workflows and customer needs.
Today, Francesco is actively involved in business development and innovation initiatives, with a particular focus on BIM, cloud-based solutions, interoperability, and the integration of plant design with complementary disciplines and emerging technologies.
